Head Coach at BASECK Training
Location: Haddonfield, New Jersey
Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week | Consistent Schedule
$45,000 – $65,000 (Based on Experience) + Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses

BASECK Training is not your average fitness studio. We combine cutting-edge programming, biofeedback-based training, and social impact into every sweat session. We’re looking for a Head Coach to lead our team and guide members toward sustainable, life-changing results.

About the Role:

As our Head Coach, you’re more than a coach—you’re the heartbeat of our studio’s fitness experience. From onboarding members to managing performance metrics and mentoring coaches, you’ll lead with precision, heart, and strategic vision.

What You’ll Do

Training & Member Management

• Lead group sessions that are high-energy, personalized, and results-driven.

• Conduct 3D scans, metabolics, and create custom, data-driven programs.

• Guide member onboarding and progress check-ins.

• Align training to each member’s goals using our BASECK Method.

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop coaching staff.

• Lead 1-on-1s, quarterly reviews, and internal trainings.

• Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable.

• Assist in hiring and onboarding new coaches.

Sales & Member Conversion

• Support Experience Manager in studio sales.

• Own the Paid Trial process—from onboarding to conversion.

• Lead new product sales campaigns.

Content, Admin & Virtual Oversight

• Record educational content for coaches and members.

• Oversee virtual training tech and ensure backup systems run smoothly.

• Manage the Accountability Portal and related automations.

Reporting & Strategy

• Track metrics: member activity, sales, and retention.

• Use data to optimize performance and improve member outcomes.

Operations & Support

• Act as second-in-command to the Studio Experience Manager.

• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily studio operations.

• Step in to ensure an elite member experience when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in fitness instruction, program design, and group coaching.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Active fitness certification(s); nutrition/virtual training a plus.

• Strong communicator who thrives under accountability.

• Sales and member conversion experience preferred.

• Comfortable with fitness software, social media, and virtual platforms.

• First Aid & CPR preferred.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $45,000–$65,000 (DOE)

• Bonuses: Monthly & Quarterly performance incentives
